Walk-ins
We Restrict WALK-INS due to our operations have changed. If you decide to pick-up your orders, you must generate an order number from dragonfireworksph.com and then advise us your pick-up date and time.
- Please note that anywhere outside our Standard Service Area; higher shipping rates shall apply, unless we found a match near your area which can minimize your shipping rates. To know more, please Contact Us.
- Shipping rates within our Standard Service Area shall be based on weight. Anywhere outside our Standard Shipping Areas shall be based on distance per Kilometer. Need help? Please Contact Us.
- Standard shipping rate is 388php if your order is 15kg and below per delivery, within our Standard Service Area. We can process your orders within 24hrs or 2-3 days after Verified Payment.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
Important: Please note that our partner logistics will be liable when your orders are in transit going to your declared shipping address. Rest assured that our partner logistics will take extra care of your orders while they deliver the products to your desired address.
BrandRobin Solutions and Dragon Fireworks Inc. will be responsible for storing, packing and dispatching of your orders. Our aim is to give you a hassle-free shopping and make sure to deliver your orders right into your doorstep.
VERY Important: We also need your help when processing your orders. How?
You can order earlier than most people. In this case, we can schedule all deliveries properly. This is due to the volume of demand we get in such a short period of time and orders must be delivered before 12MN on the 31st.
ATTENTION:
There is a risk involved placing your orders on December 31st after 11AM because the items might not arrive before 12MN. We suggest it’s best to place your orders earlier.
Ordering earlier will make our operations easier and it will be more efficient in planning the route of each driver. Thank you for your understanding.
